UAE consulate in Arbil approved

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Cabinet approved opening a consulate for the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Arbil, spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh said here today. The approval was made upon a recommendation by the Iraqi Foreign Ministry, providing that Iraq has the right to open a consulate in UAE on reciprocal basis. 314
