Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of the Parliamentary Integrity Committee, Yasin al-Ubaidi, criticized “The services presented to the citizens,” noting that “They are away from the technical required norms.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “There are two defects in this concern, the general defect is related to the conditions of the contracts concluded between the executive companies and the concerned sides which grant the contracts to the companies that submit the lowest prices.”

“The privet defect is the bureaucractic procedures taken against the dilatory companies, which are supposed to be added to the black list, yet most of the current projects, take a longish time to be executed,” he added.

Iraq witness low reconstruction process attributed by some observers to the spread of the financial and administrative corruption.
