URGENT: FM al-Jaafari arrives in Tehran at the head of a senior delegation

 

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday evening, Iraqi Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari arrived to the Iranian capital Tehran on the head of a senior delegation.

Iranian news agency ‘IRNA’ said in the news followed by IraqiNews.com, “Foreign Minister Ibrahim al-Jaafari arrived to Tehran on Sunday evening at the head of a high delegation,” noting that, “al-Jaafari was received by Assistant Foreign Minister for Arab and African Affairs, Hussein Amir Abdul Allahian.”

The agency added  that it is scheduled for the Iraqi Foreign Minister to participate in the international conference ‘World Against Violence and Extremism’ in Tehran, in addition to a meeting with his Iranian counterpart, Mohammad Javad Zarif.
