Urgent – ..Speaker arrives in Turkey

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, arrived in Turkey, on Tuesday, heading a Parliamentary delegation to discuss bilateral relations between the two countries.

Parliamentary sources stated to IraqiNews.com “Nijaifi arrived at Ankara International Airport in an official visit that will last for four days,” noting that “Nijaifi will meet the Speaker of the Turkish parliament and the Turkish PM as well as the President.”

“Nijaifi is accompanied by a supreme Parliamentary delegation that involves head of the State of Law Coalition bloc, Khalid al-Atiya, head of Ahrar bloc, Bahaa al-Araji, head of Citizen bloc, Baqir al-Zubaidi, and head of Kurdistani Alliance bloc, Foad Masoum in addition to a number of Parliamentary figures,” the source concluded.
