US embassy strongly condemns Sunday bombings

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The US embassy in Iraq strongly condemned the bombings that targeted the Iraqi citizens on Sunday.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Monday, the US embassy stated “These criminal bombings that targeted the Iraqi people without distinguishing the women from children or men, resulted in killing dozens of innocents people.”

Earlier, Baghdad, Kirkuk, Basra, Nineveh, Thi Qar, Maysan, Salah il-Din, have witnessed several bombings by car bombs and IEDs that resulted in killing and injuring dozens of the citizens. /End
