US-Iraqi agreement laid bilateral bases – Hakeem

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The chairman of the Iraqi Higher Islamic Council Ammar Al-Hakeem said that the framework agreement between Baghdad and Washington made the right bases for the relations between the two countries, according to a statement issued by his office.
