Wardi expects settling some pending issues during 3 Presidencies next meeting

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Liqa Wardi, of the Iraqiya Slate expected settling “Some of the pending issues among the blocs during the upcoming meeting of the three Presidencies.”

She stated to IraqiNews.com “Some of the files will be settled soon including the General Amnesty Law and the issue of the number of the Independent High Electoral Commission members.”

“Some of the laws need reaching a compromise among the political blocs like the issue of nominating the Minister of Defense,” she added.

“There are more files that will be discussed during the meeting involving the reforms and the law drafts in addition to the files that concern the Kurdistani Alliance,” she concluded.
