White bloc urges CG to set mechanism for exporting oil from Kurdistan Region

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White bloc urged “The Central Government to set a mechanism to control the process of exporting the oil from Kurdistan Region.

The Secretary General of the White bloc, Jamal al-Batiekh, stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The disputes and exchanged accusations over oil and its exports are useless,” noting that “Oil is national fortune that concerns all Iraqis rather than a political case.”

“Oil should be dealt with according to the constitution because it is the main resource for the general budget of the State,” he added.

He called “The parliament to endorse the Oil and Gas Law and to keep it away from the political disputes.”
