Zibari, Jalili discuss mutual relations

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zibari, discussed with the Secretary General of the Iranian National Council, Saeed Jalili, the mutual relations and the political updates in the region.

A statement by the FM received by IraqiNews.com on Wednesday cited “Zibari received Jalili in the ministry where they discussed the regional and international updates in addition to the Syrian situation.”

“The two sides also discussed the critical situation in Syria due to the increase of the violence and the absence of political settlement,” the statement added.

“The latest developments of the Iranian nuclear program were discussed as well,” the statement concluded. /End/
