Zibari, Kobler discuss UNAMI’s coming programs in Iraq

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zibari discussed with the UN Secretary General’s Special Representative to Iraq, Martin Kobler, the bilateral relations between Iraq and the UN as well as the coming programs of the UNAMI in Iraq.”

A statement by the Foreign Ministry cited “The meeting which was held at the Ministry focused on discussing the situation of the Syrian refugees in Iraq and necessity to provide them with humanitarian care.”

“Zibari and Kobler also discussed the latest developments on the Iraqi -Kuwaiti relations and need for an active role for the UN to help both countries treat pending issues,” the statement concluded.
