BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi National Investment Commission will promote 1,000 investment opportunities in the country during a Washington-based conference, scheduled to take place from October 13-21. “An outline of the projects has been developed in Arabic and English,” a member of the commission, Ibrahim al-Baghdadi, told Iraqi News. The Iraqi delegation to the conference will include ministers and officials, who will be assigned to answer all queries about the projects, Baghdadi noted. More than 50 businessmen will attend the conference with a substantial participation figure of more than 1,000 people, according to Baghdadi. SS (P) 1
