Anbar’s budget does not suit planned projects – source

ANBAR / IraqiNews.com: The ID132 billion budget of Anbar province does not suit the projects planned in the province in 2010 within the industrial reconstruction plan, deputy chairman of Anbar council said. “The budget allocated for Anbar this year is 132 billion Iraqi dinars while the province’s debt is 58 billion Iraqi dinars,” Saadon Ubeid al-Shaalan told IraqiNews.com news agency. “This difference creates a deficit in the budget,” he explained. “Finance minister gave instructions to allocate 5% of all ministries’ budgets (ID12 billion) to support Anbar,” he underlined.
