Basra council approves 4 water projects

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: The Basra council approved on Wednesday four water projects in separate areas of Basra, chairman of the reconstruction and development committee said. “The council approved Ar Zero water, northwestern Basra, at a cost of $1.9 million and the rehabilitation of al-Rebat and al-Jebiela plants project,” Mustapha Attiya told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The council agreed also to implement al-Duwa village project in al-Nashwa region, northern Basra, as well as rehabilitating eight pumps in the province,” he added.
