Beiji fertilizers factory back in operation by March- minister

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi minister of industry and minerals on Monday said that the nitrogenous fertilizers factory in Beiji will operate again in March. “The factory, one of the largest in Iraq, has been invested by a local company,” Minister Fawzi al-Hariri told IraqiNews.com news agency. The factory is expected to produce 250,000 tons of fertilizers to cover local needs, he added. SS (P) 2
