Chemical industries company achieves record production in 2009

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The state-run That al-Sawari Company for Chemical Industries has reached its highest production levels in 2009, the Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Minerals said on Monday. The company has signed a contract with the Ministry of Water Resources to build three boats, according to a ministry statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. It has also signed other contracts to rehabilitate its factories and production lines, the statement noted. SS (P) 149
