Diwaniya streets to be refurbished at ID2b+

DIWANIYA / IraqiNews.com: A local firm embarked Friday on a project to rejuvenate streets in central Diwaniya at a cost of 2.290 billion Iraqi dinars (ID), roughly $1.900 million, the governor’s assistant for technical affairs said. “The project, which falls within the Provincial Development Budget (PBD) projects for 2008, will take 360 days to finalize,” Hazem Omran told IraqiNews.com news agency.
