Dutch delegation to visit Basra to discuss investment opportunities

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A Dutch businessmen delegation will visit Basra next July to discuss investment opportunities in the province, Basra governor said on Thursday. “An agreement has been reached with official Dutch authorities to send a delegation of 30 businessmen and traders to Basra to review the investment opportunities and economic capabilities in the province,” Shaltagh Abboud al-Mayah told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The visit aims to attract Dutch companies to launch investment projects in the province,” he added. “A conference has been held recently in the Iraqi embassy in Netherlands to support the investment process in Basra,” the governor noted.
