Finance ministry holds conference on banks

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Finance on Monday held a conference to discuss the banking sector and the troubles and obstacles facing banks in Iraq. “The conference was attended by the finance minister, Bayan Jabor,” said a media source from the ministry. “Foundations and mechanisms that will be adopted by Iraqi banks to deal with Arab and foreign counterparts were discussed during the conference,” he said.
