German company seeks to increase investments in Basra

BASRA / IraqiNews.com: A German company discussed on Wednesday with the Basra Investment Commission increasing its investments in the province, according to a commission’s official. “The IQ MARTRADE Company seeks to invest berth 8 at Khour al-Zubeir port and have a desire to establish oil pipes factory in the province,” Ahmad Wahied told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The company has several projects in Basra, including a project in berth 5 at Khour al-Zubeir port,” he noted.
