Iraq, Syria to ink agreements to foster cooperation

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Iraqi Trade Minister Abdulfalah on Monday said that the current week will witness the signing of several agreements to foster joint cooperation between Iraq and Syria. “Relations between Iraq and Syria will witness a further development for the good of the two people,” the trade ministry said in a statement quoting the minister as saying. “The current week will witness signing a joint agreement between the two countries after the technical committees of both countries finalized all procedures with the attendance of Trade Minister Aamer Lutfi Hussein,” the minister said. “The agreement envisages the cooperation in commercial and investments fields as well as the continuity in exchanging legislations in local and foreign trade field,” he also said.   SH (P)/SR   1
