Iraqi-U.S. coordination committee reviews mutual cooperation

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The joint coordination committee for economy and energy held its second meeting on Tuesday in Baghdad to discuss the mutual cooperation. “Deputy Prime Minister Burham Saleh and the coordinator of the Iraqi economy transformation at the U.S. embassy, Ambassador Marc Woo, held the second meeting of the joint coordination committee for energy and economy within the U.S. framework agreement between the U.S. and Iraq on March 31 in Baghdad,” the U.S. embassy said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The committee will continue efforts to facilitate the development strategies of investment and the private sector,” the statement added.
