KA welcomes decisions of Kurdistan Region to resume oil exportation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Spokesperson of the Kurdistani Alliance, Muayed al-Tayib, welcomed the decision of Kurdistan Region to resume the oil exportation after holding it for four months, describing it as “Wise decision.”

The Minister of the Natural Resources in Kurdistan Regional Government, Ashti Horami, has announced, on Friday, that the government of oil exportation after four months of stopping it.

In a press statement, he said “In spite of the refusal of the international companies to export the oil due to the lack of gurantees, the oil with 100 thousands barrel daily.”

“After conducting negotiations with the friends of Iraq among the political and diplomatic sides, the oil and gas in Iraq,” he added.

“The exportation will remain 100 thousands barrels daily for one month and if the payments increased, they would become 200 thousands barrels daily,” he concluded.
