Kirkuk’s Governor confirms improving services in Zap district

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Kirkuk province assured that his Governorate is working in coordination with the Kirkuk Provincial Council and Directorates in districts and neighborhoods in order to accomplish projects and provide services for the province.

The website of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) stated that “The Governor of Kirkuk met delegation from Zap area, of Nemesa village (120 KM) to southeast of Kirkuk province, headed by Ibraheem Rokan al-Jobouri, and stressed during the meeting the high priority to provide the services of electricity power, water and education in the province.”

The website added that “The delegation demanded to provide services and potable water as well as paving roads and building schools to their village which includes (800) houses and 5000 persons.”

The website continued saying that “The delegation appreciated the role of the Governor to provide services for all cities and districts of Kirkuk province without any discrimination.”

The website pointed out that “The Kirkuk Governor confirmed allocating IQD (3) billion to solve electricity power problem in Zap district and to connect the district to the national grid of Kirkuk by disconnecting it from Salah-il-Din province as well as providing water to farmland.”
