Iraq-Refugees BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Trade Ministry on Wednesday said that the items on the food rations card remained as they are, and their distribution has not been organized, because this matter is attributed to the reduction in funding received by the ministry. “Funding allocated to the ministry for 2009 is much less than its demand,” said a release issued by the ministry on Thursday and received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “This issue is related to the economic crisis and oil prices that affected the Iraqi government’s revenues,” it added.
