Maysan PC demands Parliament to adopt Hakim’s initiative over Maysan

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) The Maysan Provincial Council called the MPs who represent the province in the Parliament to discuss the initiative of the Head of the Supreme Iraqi Islamic Council, Ammar al-Hakim, related to reconstructing Maysan province which was endorsed unanimously by Maysan council to make the Parliament issues the law of reconstructing Maysan province.

MP, Maythem al-Fartosi, the member of Maysan Provincial Council stated to IraqiNews.com that ”The Provincial Council decided to invite the parliamentarians, who represent Maysan province in the parliament, to attend sessions of Maysan Provincial Council in order to discuss the initiative of the Head of the SIIC concerning reconstructing Maysan province.”

He added that ”This matter will be included within the items which will be presented during the meeting of the Presidency of the Cabinet which is supposed to be held in Maysan province.” \
