Ninewa unsatisfied with its budget

NINEWA / IraqiNews.com: Local authorities in Ninewa are unsatisfied with the province’s share in the 2010 budget. “Ninewa will get only 11 percent of the 2010 federal budget,” Yehia Abid Mahjob, member of the Ninewa Provincial Council, told IraqiNews.com news agency on Wednesday. But he explained that Ninewa will get five percent from the revenues generated by its border points, in addition to $1 per each oil barrel produced by the province.
