Russian firm to rehabilitate Hartha power plant

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Russian Company, Technopromexport, signed a $133 million contract with the Iraqi electricity ministry to rebuild the Hartha thermal power plant that has a capacity of 200 Megawatt, according to Novosti news agency.
