Saad: money sums spent on electricity sector went in vain

Saad called on “The Parliament to practice its full constitutional authorities and question those responsible for the electricity file in Iraq and dismiss them away from any political or partisan orientations since the citizens’ interests are above all other considerations.” “The vast sums spent on electricity sector especially in Basra province do not match the current production rate where these funds went in vain due to lack of careful planning in addition to the financial and administrative corruption cases in running this file,” she concluded.
