Trade ministry inks contracts to import construction materials

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Ministry of Trade on Tuesday said that it signed contracts with foreign and regional companies to import “new” construction materials that will “meet international standards.” “The supplied materials will be tested by laboratories,” the ministry said in a release received by IraqiNews.com news agency. “The contracts were signed according to a new mechanism that facilitates the process,” it said.
