Parliament session adjourned due to clashes

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: The Iraqi Parliament has adjourned its session of today (Sunday) due to clashes inside the Parliament between members of the Sadrist Trend and the State of Law, about the General Amnesty Law and differences surrounding some of its articles, IraqiNews.com Correspondent in the Parliament reported.   “The Parliament’s session of today had been adjourned, due to adjourned, due to clashes that took place inside the Parliament by members of the Sadrist Trend and the State of Law Coalition, towards the General Amnesty Law and objections about some of its articles,” he stressed.   The Correspondent said that “the clash had forced the Parliament’s Speaker, Usama al-Nujeify, to adjourn the session for discussion and to convene it later.”   SKH (TS)/SR  575
