Scores of lawyers protest in Baghdad

BAGHDAD / IraqiNews.com: Scores of lawyers staged a demonstration on Thursday started from the Bar Association in Baghdad, calling for good treatment during their presence in courts and government’s departments, according to a security source. “Around 200 lawyers staged a demonstration in front of the Bar Association in al-Mansour neighborhood, western Baghdad,” the source told IraqiNews.com news agency. “The protestors headed to the Baghdad International Fair,” he added, without giving further details.
