17 AIDS cases diagnosed in Kurdistan Region

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The official spokesperson of the Health Ministry in Kurdistan Region, Khalis Qader, announced diagnosing 17 AIDS cases in Kurdistan Region.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, he said “Four citizens were diagnosed of having the AIDS during this year,” noting that “Seven foreigners who have AIDS were sent back to their countries where the number of the foreigners of the same disease who were sent back to their countries is 92.”

“The number of the AIDS cases in Kurdistan Region is 17,” he pointed out, assuring that “The Health Ministry is seriously dealing with this issue by conducting tests to the infected citizens and making others aware of this disease by urging them for conducting earlier tests.”
