100 Schools linked electronically in Karbala

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The Education Directorate of Karbala province announced the start of linking schools of the province electronically within the Electronic Government Project.

The Media Director of Karbala Education Directorate, Jalal Mohamed Ali, reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The computers, scanner devices and printers were distrusted and the towers were established in order to link about (100) schools electronically in Karbala province.”

”The project will accelerate the communications among the schools and the Education Directorate and it will shorten the routine in completing the transactions of the people,” he added.

”The rest of schools will be also linked during the upcoming duration,” pointing out that ”We suffered several technical obstacles but we managed to overcome them,” the statement concluded.
