Arrest warrants issued against civilian employees at Mosul municipality

Nineveh (IraqiNews.com) A source from Mosul Municipality revealed that “Arrest warrants have been issued against the Manager of Mosul Municipality, his deputy and four engineers at the department.”

The source reported to IraqiNews.com “Judicial arrest warrant have been issued against six engineers of Mosul Municipal department at different times,” noting that “A force from the Military Intelligence arrested few days ago two engineers from department in Mosul city and based on investigation with them, the court issued arrest warrants against four engineers among them the manager of Mosul Municipality Department and his deputy.”

Two of the engineers have handed themselves to the security departments without realizing the charges against them, the source added.
