Baghdad Mayorship starts proportions to host Islamic Cities Conference

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Baghdad Mayorship announced the start of the special preparations to host the second international conference for Islamic cities organization which will be held in Baghdad in 2015.

Baghdad Mayorship quoted its Secretary for Municipal Affairs, Naem al-Ka’bi, as saying during receiving an Iranian delegation ”Baghdad Mayorship obtained all the required official consents from the Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers related to launch the special preparations to host the second international conference of the Islamic cities organization.”

”Baghdad Mayorship will prepare a detailed report about the past ages of Baghdad that will include the historical places and the holy shrines as well as the ancient cities,” the statement concluded.
