Beggars not exploited by terrorists according to a Baghdad Provincial Council member

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The member of Baghdad Provincial Council, Fatima al-Hassani, assured that the terrorists did not exploit the beggars to perform their terrorist operations.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), she said “The security forces observes the beggars to avoid exploiting them by the terrorists,” noting that “This issue was not discussed by the meeting of Baghdad PC, but the Human Rights Commission within Baghdad PC discussed it due to being not cultural phenomenon.”
