Barzani arrives in Saudi Arabia to offer condolences on death of King Abdullah

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, PM of the Kurdistan Regional Government Nechirvan Barzani arrived in the Saudi capital Riyadh to offer condolences on the death of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.

The provincial government said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com, “Prime Minister Nechirvan Barzani arrived in Riyadh representing the Kurdistan Region President Massoud Barzani to offer condolences on the death of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz al-Saud.”

The statement added that “Nechirvan Barzani was received by Prince Turki bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, the governor of Riyadh.”

Vice President Iyad Allawi arrived on Sunday on the head of a high delegation to Saudi Arabia to console the death of King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.
