CoM forms committee to complete Iraqi nomination to HRC

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers formed a committee that would be tasked to complete the preparation of nominating Iraq to the membership of Human Right Council. The Secretariat General of the Cabinet reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The committee was formed to assume completing the preparation of Iraq nomination procedures to the membership of the Human Right Council.” ”The committee chaired by the Counselor, Abbas al-Saadi, the Director General of the Legal Directorate and with membership of the Head of Human Right Directorate within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Director General of Legal Directorate within Ministry of Human Right, the Director General of Cultural Relation within the Ministry of Culture and the Legal Advisor of the Secretariat General of the Cabinet,” the statement added. ”The formed committee will submit its final recommendations to the Secretariat General of the Cabinet,” the statement concluded.
