Diwaniya obtains approval to establish irrigation channels factory

Diwaniya (IraqiNews.com) Diwaniya governorate obtained the consent of the Ministry of Water Resources to establish a factory to manufacture the hanging and concrete irrigation channels.A source of Diwaniya Governorate reported to IraqiNews.com ‘The factory is the first of its kind in the south and middle of Iraq since there are only two such factories in Mosul and Tikrit.””The factory will provide the needs of Diwaniya and neighboring provinces of concrete tributaries and it will also provide job opportunities for the people of Diwaniya since 80 % of them will be appointed as permanent employees after initiation of work,” he added.
