Dosaky meets Iraqi community in Sweden

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Migration and Displacement, Dendar Dosaky, discussed with representatives of the Iraqi community in Sweden and members of the Swedish Parliament the mechanism to solve problems of the Iraqi immigrants in Sweden and the suggestions which can participate in ending the problem of forcing them to return to Iraq.

The Ministry of Migration and Displacement reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com that ”The Migration Minister discussed with the Iraqi community the problems facing them in Sweden during the meeting held in the Swedish capital, Stockholm,” noting that “Members of the Iraqi diplomatic mission and the Swedish Parliament members attended the meeting.”

The statement added that ”The Minister will hold meeting with the Swedish Government to stop the aggressive deporting procedures practiced against Iraqis because it is totally rejected by the Iraqi Government and the Ministry of Migration and Displacement.”

The statement pointed out that “Dosaky attended a poetry evening organized by Iraqi intellectuals from various Arab nationalities, Kurdish, Assyrian and Sabean sects held at the Iraqi Cultural Center in Stockholm.” \
