Elections of Artists Association to be held in next October

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Artists Association identified the 5th of next October as a date to hold the elections of the members within the association council.The Electoral Preparation Committee reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Artists Association invites all the Iraqi artists to participate in the election which is scheduled on 5/10/2013 at the National Theater hall.””In case of lack of quorum the election will be postponed to the next week to be on 12/10/2013 according to the election law,” the statement added. \END\
