First Lady urges to internationalize marshes draining issue

Maysan, Amara (IraqiNews.com) According to an official invitation from the local government of Maysan province, the First Lady has arrived to the province and met the members of the Maysan Provincial Council, visiting the medical center for cancer treatment (Thelasemia) in Amara city.

The Wife of the President Jalal Talabani, Hero Ibraheem, urged Maysan Provincial Council “To return situation in the marshes to its former state and working to internationalize the draining of the marshes case for its international and historical importance as well as its importance to the environment.”
