THI QAR / IraqiNews.com: The Japanese Ambassador to Iraq today signed a contract to establish the first oil training center in Thi Qar province. The center will accommodate 800 students with a cost of 380,000 dollars, within the grant submitted to the Iraqi government. Ambassador Su Hasigawa expressed to IraqiNews.com his happiness for the ability to grant such assistance to the province. The Director General of Millennium Organization, who are set to implement the project, said to IraqiNews.com that the center will offer courses in electricity, sewing, English language and internet, “but the courses will be changed according to local need and those of the oil companies”.
