Karbala Police completes turning back Turkish pilgrims to their country

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Karbala Operations Command announced completing the process of transporting the Turkish pilgrims who have passed previously through the province.

The Spokesperson of Karbala OC, Lieutenant Colonel, Ahmed Mohamed Umran said in a statement to IraqiNews.com that “Karbala province handed over 6500 Turkish pilgrims distributed on more than 250 buses after verifying validity of their visas.”

“Special security patrols were prepared to hand them over to Anbar Police Command to complete turn them back to their country through Arar border outlet,” Umran concluded.
