Kurdistan RegionG, USAID conclude memorandum of understanding

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The United States Government represented by the US Agency for International Development (USAID) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Ministries of Planning and Health in Kurdistan Regional Government in order to enhance the health care as a part of the terms of the strategic framework agreement which is signed between the United States and Iraq.

The US Embassy reported in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Tuesday that ”The memorandum of understanding was signed by the Minister of Health in Kurdistan Regional Government, Recot Hama Rasheed, and Minister of Planning, Ali Sindi, while the Director of the U.S. Agency for International Development to Iraq Thomas Stahl signed the MOU on behalf of the US side.”

The statement added that ”The USAID cooperate with the Ministry of Health in Kurdistan Region to promote and raise the efficiency of the health care that presented for all citizens of Iraq.”
