Kurdish politician passes away in Erbil

Erbil (IraqiNews.com) The Kurdish politician and intellectual writer, Falak Kakay, passed away in Salah-il-Din Resort in Erbil.The Patriotic Union of Kurdistan reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Kurdish writer died suddenly after struggling with a disease, ” noting that ”The family of the deceased will announce the location of the grave according to his commandment.”The Kurdish writer was born in 1943 in Kirkuk city and he occupied the posts of the former Minister of Culture in Kurdistan Regional Government and the Advisor of the President of the Kurdistan Region Masoud Barzani.
