Kuwait, Iraq coordinate prior to int’l parliamentary conf.

Kuwait (IraqiNews.com) – Speaker of the Kuwaiti National Assembly Marzouq Al-Ghanim and Deputy Speaker of Iraqi Parliament Hassan Al-Kaabi discussed coordinating of efforts prior to the Inter-Parliamentary Union’s (IPU) conference in Belgrade, Serbia, next month, said a statement Tuesday.

According to Kuwait’s news agency (KUNA), the two officials’ meeting was held on the sideline of the fourth meeting for the Eurasian parliaments held in Kazakhstan.

The Eurasian meeting –which began yesterday– will conclude in the Kazakh capital Nur-Sultan later today.
