Maysan (IraqiNews.com) Maysan border outposts exposed to major damages due to the repeated shakes in the province.
The head of the security Committee in Maysan Provincial Council, Sarhan Salem Yunis to (IraqiNews.com), cited, on Saturday “The border outposts in the province exposed to great damages due to the latest shakes and to its proximity from the shakes site, therefore the border protection elements were forced to sleep in the open fearing of collapsing the buildings on them.”
Yunis added “The Civil Defense Directorate provided the borders police with camps and first aid materials in case of any emergency.”
