Maysan Federal Court confirms cooperation between police officers & investigation judges

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Federal Court emphasized the necessity to cooperate and coordinate between the police investigation officers and the investigation judges in order to overcome obstacles that hinder their work for the favor of public interest.According to statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Judge, Hayder Hanon, the Chief of Maysan Federal Court and the Brigadier Mohamed Jasim al-Zubaidi, the Commander of Maysan Police Department conducted a night field visit in which they get acquainted with workflow of investigative cases and the timeout limits as well as other legal issues associated to investigation process.””The Chief of Federal Court expressed his notes regarding settling the law cases and he emphasized the importance to activate cooperation means between police officers and investigation judges in order to overcame all obstacles for favor of legal and security process,” the statement added. \END\
