Maysan intends to build low cost housing units

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Maysan Governor, Ali Lazim Dawai, announced allocating (105 donums) to establish low cost housing complexes for poor and limited income people in Maysan province.

The media office of the governor quoted him as saying in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”Maysan province allocated (105 donums), situated in Bitera area across Iskari airport, to establish the construction of low cost housing complexes in order to be distributed among poor and limited income people in Maysan province.”

”The number of the housing units are estimated by (1000) units based on previous designs,” he added, pointing out that ”The project is within the allocations of the Ministry of Planning for developing regions budget and the project will be referred for implementation soon.”

The annual plan of Maysan province includes several projects dedicated to contribute in solving the housing crisis in Maysan province. \
